Lewis Diamant MRICS MCIOB is Managing Director of Land Commercial Ltd having originally commenced practice on his own account in 1978, having 3 Estate agency Offices. He is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years Commercial Property experience and founded Land & Co with 16 Branches throughout East and North London and Essex in 1986 and then Land Commercial in 1989. He specialises in all aspects of commercial property advising on the valuation, acquisition and disposal of both residential and commercial premises. This encompasses sites and properties for Development, Investment and advising Clients with appraisals for redevelopment.
In addition he provides valuations for Bank and Mortgage Company’s commercial lending. He has extensive expert knowledge in the negotiation of Rent Reviews and Lease renewals dealing with Submissions for presentation to Arbitrators or Independent Experts.
Adam Diamant looks after the day to day running of the agency department at Land Commercial, having joined the practice in 2002 spending 8 years as a stockbroker in the City. Adam has handled a substantial number of commercial property and site sales/ lettings working on behalf of several prestigious clients including Cargill Plc, London & Regional PLC, NB Real Estate (formerly Nelson Bakewell), CBRE and Marcus King & Co as well as many independent and local owners/ developers.
Adam has built up an extensive local knowledge/ client base and offers a hands on approach to agency work. Adam provides agency services that are tailor made to suit your needs, including retained agency searches, should the Client not have the time or expertise to search for suitable premises, extensive marketing for your property in order to gain the best possible price or rental in the market place, and confidential marketing when required.
