Land Commercial's current management portfolio includes the Millmead Industrial Estate which comprises of 68 Industrial units, Forest Business Park which comprises of 35 industrial units and we have previously managed the Town Centre Retail and Industrial Portfolio for the London Borough of Redbridge.
Other managed properties include various Retail, Office and Industrial properties in the South East areas with several residential properties including ground rent and block management which are let upon Assured Shorthold Tenancies, Assured Tenancies, or sold off on long leases.
Our comprehensive management portfolio includes the prominent 6 storey Office building Newbury House (pictured right) in Newbury Park.

- Rent / Service Charge / Insurance collection including the management of arrears.
- Preparation, apportionment and reconciliation of Residential / Commercial service charge accounts.
- Preparation of schedules of dilapidation / condition / works.
- Settling residential and commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes.
- Rent Review and Lease renewal negotiations.
- Organising general day to day facilities management including all service contracts where applicable.
- Ensuring all properties adhere to current health and safety legislation including NICEIC & CORGI testing.
